Integra AAC

Rockcote Integra AAC Masonry Panel
The main materials that make up this panel are silica sand, cement and lime. Reinforced with anti-stain processed steel bar, this lightweight concrete panel acquires micro air  pockets after high-temperature and high-pressure curing within the Autoclave. It’s a construction material with excellent functions. There are patents held in Germany, Sweden and Japan.

Weight

  • Weight: 32 kg/m2 coatings and substrate, considered a Medium weight cladding in termsof NZBC3604
  • Dry Density: 520kg/m3
  • Compressive strength : 4mPa

The dry specific gravity of Rockcote Integra AAC panel is only 0.5, this rate is one fifth of
common concrete and a third of hollow block.

Acoustic Insulation

  • The micro air holes that are inside Rockcote Integra AAC panel have the multiple function of
  • sound (acoustic) and thermal insulation. The high precision of the panel creates a dense air
  • space providing a silent and comfortable living environment.

Anti-Vibration

  • Modulus of Elasticity, E: 1800MPa
  • It is known worldwide the anti-vibration abilities of AAC panel. The tests in the laboratories of Tongji University and Southeast University in China show that the Rockcote Integra AAC panel has excellent anti-vibration abilities.

Fireproofing

  • 4 hour rating (100mm thick panel)
  • Rockcote Integra AAC panel can withstand fire as it has a very low rate of heat transmission.

Thermal Performance

  • Thermal Conductivity: 0.12 W/(mk)
  • Thermal Resistivity, R: 0.29m2K/W

Panel Size

  • 50mm x 2.200mm x .600mm

Rockcote Integra AAC Masonry panel is used in conjunction with the Rockcote Integra Cavity Plus Render System over timber/steel framing and includes premium Rockcote;
